DetailsHere we have a fabulous framed print by Lawson Wood - Cold Sport.
This lovely print has been professionally framed in a glass fronted oak frame and has brass mountings attached. This is one of a number of his prints we have available in matching frames and they would look fabulous together in a study, library, pub, or restaurant and would generate a great deal of interest and discussion.
Lawson Wood (Clarence Lawson Wood) was a world renown English painter, illustrator and designer known for his humourous depictions of cavemen and dinosaurs, policemen, and animals. He was born in London 1878 and died in Devon 1957. He had a successful freelance and career and was published in The Graphic, The Strand Magazine, Punch, The Illustrated London News, and Boys Own Paper and illustrated a number of books.
During World War 1 he served as an officer in Kite Balloon Wing of the Royal Flying Corps spotting aircraft from a hot air balloon and was decorated by the French for his actions over Vimy Ridge. -

Can I collect from you.
Yes, we can arrange for you to collect form us and for some larger or delicate items we would prefer this. Just message us to arrange a convenient time for us all.
Can I have a quicker delivery
Yes, we can arrange for 1st class, next day etc where it is offered by Royal Mail. We would make an additional charge for this though so please contact us before purchase if it is not an available option. We are currently updating our postage options to allow this.
Wholesale availability
Most of our items for sale are 'one offs' being items that we come accross that we think you might find of interest so it is unlikely that we would be able to offer a wholesale service, however if we find a supplier of some good quality interesting reproduction items this may change.
Sizing details
We always try to give an idea of the size of any item we sell and if we can we will take photographs showing the size. We will always give sizes in centimetres.
